Appointments are available Monday – Friday 8am – 5:30pm and Saturday 9am – 12pm.
Appointments outside of these times are dependent on staff availability and will incur out-of-hours charges.
Our office is manned and open at the following times:
Mon - Fri: 08:00 to 18:00
Sat: 09:00 to 12:00
Sat 12:00 - Mon 08:00: Out-of-Hours by appointment only if a member of staff is available
We endeavour to answer all calls and messages between the following hours:
Mon - Sun: 08:00 to 22:00
Out-of-hours and Bank Holiday charges apply. Please note that we are unable to undertake same-day or attended cremations on weekends and Bank Holidays.
