We were certainly helped through a hard moment of saying goodbye, but the kindness helpedrecommendsLinda Barley2022-04-13I have just lost my gorgeous 14 year old sheltie Rocky and trusted Suffolk Pet Crematorium to look after him. RIght from the first phone call on Saturday evening Bill couldn't have been kinder. The location is idyllic and very peaceful. I have now collected Rockys ashes and was given time to talk about him and reminisce. His ashes were beautifully presented in a little tube for me to scatter when I am ready. I have used other pet Crematoriums but not been 100% happy with what I have seen, but here I was totally happy and at ease. Although I don't want to have to come back, when the time comes I will have no hesitation in using them again. Thank-you for your kindness.recommendsHolly Warnock-Flude2022-04-07The most respectful and dignified service I could have ever dreamed of to deal with the most painful time in my life. Thank you a hundred times.recommendsZoe King2022-04-04I can not thank you enough for the care and compassion that was shown towards my little Milo man. From the moment we walked in, i knew he would be treated as if he was family. You have made this extremely heartbraking time for us a little easier and I am so glad we got our boy home the same day. We can never thank you enough.recommendsJane Russell2022-04-02I actually can’t thank Bill & Graham enough for their amazing care they have shown me & my Queen, Daisy this week. Last Sunday I knew that Daisy’s time with me was coming to a end so I dropped Bill a email. He got back to me promptly with the idea of putting a plan together. Graham called me Monday morning & we arranged for me to take Daisy to them after she had been given sleep. Personally I like to take my pets to the crematorium as I feel it’s the last thing that I can do for them. On arrival I was met by Graham who took Daisy from my car & placed her in a bed so I could sit with her for as long as I needed. She just looked like she was asleep. There was no pressure to leave, I spent as much time as I needed with her. On Friday I went & collected her. She is in a beautiful Suffolk oak casket, made by a local craftsmen, her plaque had everything on it that I had requested, there was a packet of forget me not seeds from a local seed producer & everything was in a beautiful bag also printed locally. Again I sat & chatted to Graham with no pressure to leave (I probably bored him to death!) I could have easily sat there all day. Daisy was 15 years 7 days old when I lost her, she was treated with the upmost care & respect that she would have expected & that she so richly deserved. I was also treated with care & compassion by Graham. It’s so very peaceful here, nothing is too much trouble I would highly recommend Suffolk pet & horse crematorium. This is Daisy taken when she was a youngster, she was stubborn, demanding, cantankerous, loving (on her terms) a HUGE personality, amazing mother, grandmother, great grandmother & gg grandmother her legacy does carry on. I know everyone says there will never be another dog like………… but there really really will never be another dog like Daisy. Thank you so so muchrecommendsCathy Woollard2022-03-30Very professional and caring when I came with Treacle to say a final goodbye, at the crematorium. I was not rushed and felt like we were Both treated very respectfully. Thank you, and highly recommended.recommendsElaine Pank2022-03-30Thank you to all the staff at the Suffolk Pet Crematorium for the compassionate and sensitive way they helped me when I lost my beloved cat Martha to old age. Having not used a pet crematorium before I had questions, and I was distraught after losing one of my beautiful cats - but from the phone call to them - to dropping off Martha - then collecting her ashes my wishes were adhered to always. I was allowed to spend time with her privately and she was treated with respect and dignity.recommendsKim Merchant2022-03-15we lost our dog tia recently and we contacted bill at Suffolk pet crematorium ,they were so sympathetic and took time to explain everything, tia was laid in a lovely basket in a peaceful room,we had time to say goodbye and wasn't rushed ,we got her back the same day and her urn was pressented in a lovely bag also a certificate and some forget-me-not seeds to plant and remember her ,cant thank bill enough i would highly recommend this crematorium.recommendsLeighann Cook2022-03-01Unfortunately our little man passed. We contacted Bill and he was so kind and caring about the whole situation. On arrival we were met by Graham, who quite honestly could not have done anything more for us. He was so sensitive and understanding! From giving us some of Billy’s fur to keep, to showing my daughter the actual cremation area to put her mind at rest! These guys really do understand that they aren’t pets, they are family, and couldn’t be any nicer!! Thank you all so much for making an unbearable day just that little bit easier.Facebook rating score: 5.0 of 5, based on 83 reviews
